2020 Huh? This has been a uniquely challenging year for everyone, and small businesses are no exception. We feel very fortunate that despite the challenges, we have adapted to the circumstances we are living through and continue to grow our business. In the past year, we have added two new teammates, Elizabeth Leonberger and Tifphany Wilson, who have whole heartedly bought in to our philosophy of exceptional communication and customer service. We have a team at Gardner Title & Escrow that treats every client, Realtor, and lender like a valuable part of the closing process, which produces smooth and successful transactions.
In response to the pandemic, we are providing alternative closing options for our clients. In addition to traditional closings in one of the beautiful closing rooms here in our building, we offer both “curbside closing”, where clients may sign documents from the comfort of their vehicle or outdoor closings at the recently installed picnic area just outside the building. We are happy to do whatever it takes to make the client feel comfortable.
Interest rates are at currently an all-time low.
