This month, we had the opportunity to sit with Sydney Campbell and learn more about her and her business, Campbell Group. Campbell Group Real Estate is dedicated to helping you buy and sell residential and commercial real estate. Campbell Group Insurance is an independent insurance agency offering auto, home, life, and business insurance. They offer residential real estate services and they are also an independent insurance company offering personal lines and commercial insurance. They represent 7 different insurance companies.
They have been in financial services for about 30 years. Sydney explain, “We’ve always had a passion for helping others and especially in the real estate and insurance realms.”
It’s interesting to learn from Sydney on why she decided to join a family business. “Being a part of the family business has been such a joy! We all work so well together and are all passionate about what we do and how we can benefit other people!”
Sydney offers great advice for other young people with a desire to start their own business. “You must be disciplined and resilient, it is a tough road full of ups and downs but so worth it. If you keep faith in yourself and your idea, do not let anyone stop you and work hard every day!”

When not working, Sydney relaxes by reading and listening to music. When not at work, you can find her watching and playing sports, hanging out with her family and traveling. Sydney also played tennis at Vanderbilt and her team won a national championship. “Winning the National Championship is one of the fondest memories I have from my time in tennis. Not just because we won, but because we came together as one team to accomplish something so special. We were the underdogs trying to enjoy every match and not walk off the court without giving it everything we had. It was an extraordinary example of how far belief and perseverance can take you.”
